The only surviving photo of, The Church of Saint Commenticia of Lēaswic, Runestone, Northumbria. Taken in the 1930s shortly before the stone was removed and lost.

The stone was erected in the 8th century on the site of a thriving Northumbria community. The church, now demolished, was built in the 14th century, over the exisiting Anglo-saxon church, which itself was built over an early pagan temple. The runes are at the moment undecyphered.
